Position Summary

As a Quality Analyst Intern , you will be supporting the Quality Function in descriptive and predictive analytics, managing existing reports, streamlining where needed and automating manual workflows related to reporting. You will be helping promoting and increasing adoption of Quality dashboards.

A Day in the Life of a Quality Analyst Intern

  • Implement Power BI reports including appropriate process and data model to support business needs
  • Share and co-innovate with fellow Data Analysts through Analytical Competence Networks to ensure that learnings are shared among the whole Nestlé group
  • Explore and experiment new ways of utilizing data and statistical methods to enhance business processes, efficiencies and generate high value business insights within and beyond Quality.
  • Develop, support and/or provide necessary training to business users to ensure they can use the analytical tools correctly.
  • Develop and explore analytics solutions in all relevant areas and processes required for Quality

What will make you successful

  • Currently studying in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related area
  • Experience with and good understanding of data analytics, concepts and tools
  • Ability to translate business needs into actionable solutions using the power of data analytics
  • Translating complex topics into easily undersantable elements by all stakeholders
  • Effective in change management and adopting new processes and solutions
  • Development and use of analytics solutions (Power BI, Python, R, etc.)
  • Practical experience in handling diverse data sources
  • Good communication skills, fast learner, problem solver
  • Fluent in English
